Partner, not replacement Keep WHOOP. Keep Oura. Keep your Watch. Aether sits next to them.
One daily score Sleep, recovery, and activity from every connected source, in one number from 0 to 100.
Stays on the iPhone Scores and labs stay on the phone. Cloud Coach stays off until you agree in the app.
Not another wearable.
The layer that sits on top of the ones you already own.

WHOOP will not show Oura. Oura will not show your Watch. Aether makes one daily score from whatever you already paid for, and keeps each brand’s own number in view. Wellness information only. Not a diagnosis.

Your devices

Apple Watch, Oura, WHOOP, and anything in Apple Health. Choose which devices count toward the Aether Score, and keep Oura or WHOOP as your main number if you prefer.

Screens from the iPhone app, shown with sample data. They follow the theme you pick above. The app has the same two themes in Settings, under Appearance.

The score

Not another fitness feed.
A morning reading.

Most apps show you what a single sensor noticed last night. Aether sits above the devices and asks a quieter question: how is the whole system today? Apple Watch, Oura, WHOOP, and anything else in Apple Health feed one score. The Watch you already own is enough to start.

  • Aether Score A daily number from 0 to 100, built from recovery, sleep, and activity across the sources you connect. Not a vanity streak. You choose which devices count toward it.
  • Both scores stay visible If WHOOP recovery and Oura readiness disagree, Aether keeps both. It does not hide one brand’s number. Prefer one of them as your headline? Set Oura Readiness or WHOOP Recovery as your main score, or keep the Aether Score. In Data sources you can pick which device leads for sleep, recovery, and the rest, or leave it on Auto.
  • Today’s finding One short finding on the Today tab, written on the iPhone from your own log.
  • Labs, in view Type a value, import clinical records already in Apple Health, or scan a PDF or photo on the iPhone. You confirm each value before it is saved. Aether shows the numbers. It does not interpret them.

Coach

Ask after you have seen the finding.

Cloud Coach is optional. It stays off until you accept an in-app agreement. It is part of Aether Premium: 5 replies a day during the 7-day free trial, 20 a day after. It can restate numbers you have saved. It must not tell you a lab is normal or abnormal, estimate disease risk, or say what a result means clinically.

  • Wearables are daily. Labs are occasional. A value you confirmed can sit next to the fourteen-day HRV that followed it. Two facts, side by side, and nothing more.
  • Your log, portable. Prefer your own assistant? Copy or share your whole log, or the last 7, 14, or 30 days, plus confirmed labs. From Settings, Coach, or Labs.

You Why am I this tired? Sleep looks fine.
Aether Fourteen-day HRV is 12% below your recent average, including nights when sleep scored well. That is a fact from your log, not a diagnosis. If you are concerned, take it to a clinician.

Illustrative only. Invented for this page. Every reply ends: Not medical advice. Not a diagnosis. Don’t change meds, training, or care from this reply.

Features

Everything you need. Nothing you do not.

01

One daily score

Recovery, sleep, and activity from every connected device, in one Aether Score each day.

02

Both numbers, kept

When WHOOP and Oura disagree, you see both. Pick which device leads each category, or leave it on Auto.

03

Daily summary

Turn it on in Settings for one notification a day, at 20:00 unless you pick another time: sleep, recovery, steps, energy, workouts, and your score, with a one-line focus marked “Not medical advice.” With Cloud Coach on, that line is written from the day’s numbers. Labs and Oura data are never included.

04

Labs, in context

Values you confirm sit next to the weeks that followed. Stored on your iPhone. Display, not interpretation.

05

Home Screen widget

Today’s Aether Score and the three pillars, in small or medium size.

06

Your data, yours to take

Export your full log anytime, or the last 7, 14, or 30 days: scores, sleep, HRV, workouts, and confirmed labs, as text you can copy or share, even if your subscription ends.

How it works

Keep the wearables you paid for.

Three steps from the devices you already own to one daily number, and lab values if you want them there.

01

Connect your devices

Allow Apple Health for Watch data and everything else that writes there. Sign in to Oura and WHOOP. Eight Sleep, Fitbit, Garmin, and others come through Apple Health once sharing is on in their apps.

02

See today’s score

Sleep, Recharge, and Activity rings and one Aether Score, each labelled with its source. Watch-only works. Two wearables is why it exists.

03

Optionally add labs

Add a lab result you already have. Confirm each value. It sits next to your HRV. Not a diagnosis, not a blood draw.

Privacy

Your health data stays on the iPhone.

Your health log, scores, and labs stay on the iPhone. Cloud Coach stays off until you agree in the app. After that, each message sends a summary of the last 14 logged days, your confirmed lab values, and up to the last 6 messages of the chat. Oura data is never sent. No lab PDFs, no raw samples. It goes to a cloud provider with no data retention, and you can turn it off any time. Air quality on Today uses your location, or your network location if you don’t share it, with the WAQI service. No health data is sent. Connection tokens live in the Keychain. Aether never sells that data.

FAQ

Asked, and answered.

No. Apple Watch through Apple Health is enough. Oura and WHOOP add readiness, recovery, strain, and sleep detail if you already pay those companies. Aether does not charge extra to connect them.

A daily number from 0 to 100 that combines recovery, sleep, and activity from the sources you have connected. It is a personal wellness summary, not a clinical finding and not a training prescription.

Yes. In Settings, Main score sets the headline number on Today: the Aether Score by default, or Oura Readiness or WHOOP Recovery if that device is connected. The other numbers stay in view. You can also choose which devices count toward the Aether Score.

Aether keeps both. If WHOOP recovery and Oura readiness differ, both numbers stay on Today. In Settings, Data sources lets you pick which connected device leads for sleep, recovery, and the rest. Auto keeps Aether’s usual order, and if your pick has no value that day, the next one fills in.

Lab import is part of Aether Premium, including the 7-day free trial. Type a value, import clinical records already in Apple Health, or scan a PDF or photo. Scans are read on the iPhone. You confirm each value before it is saved, because a scan can misread a number. Aether does not interpret labs, diagnose, treat, or replace a clinician.

No. Aether is a personal wellness dashboard, not a medical device. Scores, coach replies, and lab displays are for information only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Do not change medication, training, or care because of the app. Talk to a qualified clinician about health concerns. Full terms are in the Health Disclaimer.

Your health log, scores, and labs stay on your iPhone. Connection tokens live in the Keychain. Cloud Coach does not turn on until you accept an in-app agreement. After that, each message sends a summary of the last 14 logged days, your confirmed lab values, and up to the last 6 messages of the chat, not the PDF and not raw samples, with no data retention. Oura data is never sent to Cloud Coach or any AI model. With Cloud Coach on, the optional daily summary also sends that day’s numbers, never labs or Oura data, to write its one-line focus. You can turn it off anytime. Air quality on Today uses your location, or your network location, with the WAQI service. No health data is sent. Nothing is sold.

No. Aether is one subscription, Aether Premium, with everything included: the daily Aether Score, every device connection, sleep, recovery, and 7 to 90-day trends, lab import, Cloud Coach, the widget, the daily summary, the share card, and log export. Both plans start with a 7-day free trial, then $24.99 a year or $2.99 a month. Cancel in Apple Settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you are not charged. After that, it auto-renews until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars; local App Store prices may vary. If a trial or subscription ends, your log stays on your iPhone and you can still export it.

Apple Watch, Oura, and WHOOP connect directly. Eight Sleep, Fitbit, Garmin, Ultrahuman, Polar, COROS, Withings, Amazfit, and anything else that writes to Apple Health come along once sharing is on in those apps. Aether does not replace them and does not charge extra to connect them.

No. Keep those apps. Aether reads them and makes one daily score, with each brand’s own number still in view. Device makers may still require their own memberships.
